Description
Rainbow Obsidian (a form of volcanic glass), glows with bands of rainbow colour when held in the light. Used by some for “gazing,” Rainbow obsidian is said to be the stone used by Nostradamus to foresee future events. Rainbow obsidian is thought to be particularly powerful in meditation for dissolving shock, fear and barriers and expanding Consciousness. It is thought to sharpen the senses and help one delve deep into mysterious phenomena and experiences. Rainbow Obsidian is believed to help one identify their flaws and determine a clear picture of the necessary changes while dispersing self-diminishing thoughts. It is well known as an excellent grounding stone and a stone of protection from negativity.
