Description
B.C. Jade Meanings
Jade is an ancient stone, used for centuries to attract love, luck,
and prosperity. In ancient times, Jade was used for weapons,
utensils and ornaments. One of the hardest known minerals, it was
probably the most revered stone in Ancient China, representing
the five cardinal virtues of charity, modesty, courage, justice and
wisdom. Most Ancient Chinese wore some form of Jade to protect
them from illness and injury. Old writings suggest it protects the
wearer from kidney problems and brings good luck in games of
chance. Jade is a gentle stone, good for flexibility and tolerance.
It is believed to be helpful in making business decisions and
thought to promote a long and prosperous life.
