Description
Blue Goldstone Meanings
Goldstone (copper in glass) is a human-made gemstone. The
original manufacturing process for Goldstone was invented in
seventeenth-century Venice by the Miotti family, who were
granted an exclusive license by the Doge. Folklore however,
suggests Goldstone was an accidental discovery by Italian monks
in Venice working with molten glass and copper. Goldstone is
known as the stone of ambition. It is said to build vitality, courage,
drive, confidence and a positive attitude. Goldstone is also
believed to have many of the metaphysical properties of copper,
including strengthening the circulatory system, bones, and joints.
